Freight Shipping for Large Aircraft

Giant Scale aircraft are transported on pallets using freight carriers. Orders can be delivered at the most economical rate when shipped to a true commercial location that has a loading dock. Please note that residential properties, including home businesses, do not meet the definition of a commercial address.

For some customers, collecting the shipment from a nearby freight terminal may be the simplest or more affordable solution. If you’d like your order directed to a terminal, please make a note of it when checking out and contact us. 

Also, keep in mind that freight charges to the West Coast can be higher than other regions.

Handling Shipping Damage

On the rare occasion that your product arrives damaged, we’ll make every effort to provide a replacement, depending on what we have in stock. If the item isn’t currently available, we’ll arrange to ship a new one as soon as inventory is replenished.

If damage is obvious when the shipment arrives—such as a crushed or torn carton—please refuse the delivery. This ensures the replacement process is quick and hassle-free. If shipment with visible damage is accepted, refund or replacement is not guaranteed. 

If the packaging looks fine but you find hidden damage after unpacking, take clear photos and send them to us along with your contact details and a short description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
